Setup and indexing

• Re-read a site, check indexing progress, list the pages it has read
• Get the install code and check the Rep is live on the site

Plan, usage and billing

• See whether a site is on Core or Autopilot, and switch it (you see the cost first and must confirm)
• See this month's usage per site and a billing summary

Leads and approvals

• Open a lead, update its stage, mark spam, export leads for a date range as CSV
• See one queue of drafts awaiting approval; approve or decline them (drafts with flagged claims need an extra confirmation). Nothing is ever published by Next Day Sales.

Site details and team

• Health score breakdown, evidence behind a recommendation, unanswered visitor questions, run a fresh strategic review
• Brand voice, lead email recipients, remove FAQs, delete content posts
• List team members and site collaborators; invite or remove collaborators
