A site is one connected website (e.g. acme.com). It includes its indexed pages, allowed domains (covering www / non-www / staging), and the search Rep for that domain.

What counts as a 'search'?

Each query a visitor types into your search Rep counts as one search. Searches reset on your billing cycle renewal date. If you go over, the Rep keeps working but new searches are throttled until the next cycle.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial of Growth — just sign up with your email. We only ask for payment details if you decide to continue past day 14.

What happens after my 14-day trial ends?

Your account becomes read-only: site indexing and search pause, and existing leads stay viewable. Your data is preserved for 30 days so you can upgrade anytime and pick up exactly where you left off.

Yes. Agency client sites are fully transferable via a 14-day handshake. When an engagement ends you can detach the site and the client picks it up on the in-house plan that fits them — none of their data, branding, or configuration is lost.

Once a metered limit (searches, page indexing, content generations, manual re-indexes) hits 80% you'll see an amber usage badge in the dashboard. At 100% the relevant action is blocked with a one-click upgrade prompt; everything else on the plan keeps running. Limits reset on your billing-cycle renewal date.
