Troubleshooting MCP connections
Fixes for sign-in loops, missing sites and tools not appearing.
Troubleshooting
Sign-in window loops or closes Allow pop-ups for the assistant app, sign in to Next Day Sales in the same browser first, then try again.
"No sites found" You're connected with a different account than the one that owns your sites. Disconnect, sign out of Next Day Sales, and reconnect with the right account.
Tools don't appear
Make sure the URL is exactly https://www.nextdaysales.com/mcp, then refresh or restart the assistant app.
Access expired Reconnect the connector — sessions renew automatically but can expire after long inactivity.
