Zapier for Agency Sales Teams: Route Leads From the Answer Engine
Wire your Answer Engine captures into HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, or a spreadsheet with one Zap.
Zapier for Agency Sales Teams
If you run client sites on Next Day Sales, every lead the Answer Engine captures lands in your Leads inbox. But your CRM, sales channel, or ops dashboard probably lives elsewhere. Zapier is the bridge.
The webhook payload
Each captured lead fires a webhook with:
lead__name,lead__email,lead__phonelead__scoreandlead__statussite__name,site__urlquestion— what the visitor asked the widgetsource_pageand UTM parameterscaptured_at
Three Zaps to set up first
1. New lead → CRM contact
Trigger: Webhooks by Zapier — Catch Hook. Action: create or update a contact in HubSpot / Salesforce / Pipedrive with site__name as the source. Add the question as a note.
2. Hot lead → Slack DM
Filter the webhook on lead__score = "hot", then post to a #hot-leads Slack channel with name, email, and the question. Most sales reps reply within minutes when it shows up there instead of an inbox.
3. New lead → Google Sheet
For reporting, append every lead to a sheet with site, score, captured_at. Easiest weekly review you'll ever build.
Setup
In Next Day Sales, open Settings → Integrations → Zapier and copy the webhook URL. Paste it into the Zapier "Catch Hook" trigger and run a test capture from your widget to populate fields.
That's it. Five minutes, one Zap, and your Answer Engine leads flow wherever you already work.
