Content gaps: from unanswered question to published proof

Questions the Rep could not answer confidently become tracked gaps that published content has to resolve.

When a visitor asks something your crawled pages cannot answer confidently, the question is logged as a content gap.

    1. Identify — low-confidence answers are clustered into a gap with the real visitor wording attached.
    2. Plan — promote a gap into the content plan; it carries the evidence with it.
    3. Publish — the draft goes through the review gate and is published with its live URL.
    4. Prove — once the page is crawled, the app checks whether later questions on that topic are answered confidently, and marks the gap resolved.

That loop is the evidence trail: a real question, the content written for it, and the measured change afterwards.
