    Arrive and Conversion health scores

Why the site health score is split in two, and what moves each half.

    ·1 min read

A site's health is scored in two parts, matching the Arrive → Ask → Answer → Act model.

    • Arrive — how well the site attracts and holds the right traffic: indexing, search performance, page quality, technical issues, and referring-domain health.
    • Conversion — how well that traffic turns into action: questions answered confidently, actions taken (form submissions, CTA clicks, phone taps), coverage of high-intent pages, and lead volume.

Splitting them stops one strong half from hiding a weak one. A site with great traffic and no conversions and a site with great conversion on tiny traffic need very different work, and the split score makes that obvious at a glance on the site overview.
