Manual Invoices & PO Numbers
Request a manual invoice with PO number for accounting-led purchasing.
Some buyers cannot (or will not) pay by credit card. Manual invoices let them pay via bank transfer, ACH, or whatever their AP department prefers.
When to use this
- Enterprise customers requiring PO numbers
- Government, education, or non-profit procurement
- Annual contracts paid by wire transfer
- Customers needing W-9s or vendor onboarding
How to request
- Go to Settings → Billing → Manual Invoice
- Choose your tier and billing period
- Enter billing email, company name, address, and PO number (if required)
- Submit — request goes to our admin team
What happens next
- We review the request (usually within one business day)
- We generate an invoice via Stripe with Stripe Tax automatically applied
- You receive a hosted invoice URL by email — pay by card, ACH, or bank transfer
- Once paid, your subscription activates automatically
Tax handling
Stripe Tax calculates VAT/sales tax based on your billing address. For tax-exempt entities, include your exemption number in the Notes field when requesting.
Status tracking
You can see all your manual invoice requests in Settings → Billing with status: pending, invoice sent, paid, or cancelled.
