Invite client stakeholders to a single site without giving them access to your whole agency workspace.
Per-Site Collaborators (Agency)
On the Agency plan, you can invite people to a single site rather than the whole workspace. Great for giving a client visibility into their own leads and Insights without exposing your portfolio.
Roles
- Viewer — read-only: see leads, Insights, content posts, Rep config
- Editor — viewer + can edit Rep config, content posts, and resolve Insights items
Per-site collaborators cannot see other sites in your workspace, cannot manage billing, and cannot invite further members.
Inviting
- Open the site → Settings → Members
- Click Invite collaborator
- Enter email + role
- They receive an invite link. Accepting creates a free account scoped to that single site.
Removing
Same screen → Remove. Access is revoked immediately.
Billing
Per-site collaborators are included with Agency at no extra per-seat cost.
Limitations
- Maximum 5 collaborators per site (contact support for more)
- Collaborators cannot transfer or delete the site
- All actions show up in the site activity log with the collaborator's name
