How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
Step-by-step guide to changing your subscription plan.
How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
Changing your plan takes less than a minute and your data is never lost.
Upgrading
- Open Settings → Billing or click the Upgrade button on any feature gate.
- Choose the plan you want (Starter, Growth, Scale, or Agency) and the billing interval — annual saves ~17%.
- Enter your payment details via our secure Stripe checkout.
- Your new features activate immediately.
If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
Downgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Manage Subscription to open the customer portal.
- Choose a lower plan or cancel.
When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period. After that, anything that exceeds the new plan's limits — extra Reps, extra sites, extra workspace seats — becomes read-only (never deleted).
Switching billing interval
You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from Settings → Billing. Annual saves ~17% versus monthly.
Cancelling
Cancellation works the same as a downgrade — your plan remains active until the period ends, then reverts to the free trial state. No data is deleted.
Agency-specific: removing sites or boosts
If you're on the Agency plan and remove a client site or downgrade a site's capacity boost, Stripe automatically prorates the change on your next invoice.
