    Where to configure it

    Go to Settings → Integrations → Email Notifications.

    You can:

    • Toggle lead emails on or off
    • Set a custom recipient (e.g. sales@company.com) — defaults to your account email
    • Notifications respect workspace ownership: workspace owner gets them unless overridden

    How recipient is chosen

    1. If you set a custom notification_email on your profile, that wins
    2. Otherwise the workspace owner email is used
    3. If neither is available, no email is sent
