Content Studio Overview
Content Studio generates bottom-of-funnel content — blog posts, landing pages, and ad copy — grounded in your site's crawled content and (optionally) your Google Search Console data.
The flow
Every post moves through three AI stages:
- Outline — structure, headings, and key points
- Draft — full body in your brand voice
- Polish — tighten copy, add internal links, finalize meta
Each stage runs once per post (idempotent). To regenerate, start a new version — that consumes a fresh post slot.
Monthly quotas
Each site has a monthly content-post quota. Core sites can draft on demand; Autopilot sites also get scheduled drafts, and capacity add-ons raise the limit.
Quotas reset on the first of each calendar month. The header shows remaining slots.
Seeding posts
- From Insights — promote a content recommendation (rising query, content gap, BOFU opportunity)
- From GSC — pick a high-impression, low-CTR query
- Blank — write your own brief
Publishing
Posts can publish to:
- The Next Day Sales blog hosted under your site
- Export as Markdown / HTML
- Push to WordPress via Zapier
